At Bondi Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account or use our Guest Return portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your records in their original protective mailer or equivalent sturdy packaging to ensure they are not warped or damaged during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
